Spam is a problem

The spam bots bombards the Verde Top100 and paralyzing the entire service. How to solve this problem? I was looking for a way out of the three options:
1. Close Тор100.
2. Integrate a captcha to the registration form.
3. Disable automatic adding of site and a I’ll be add your sites to directory if you send your details using form: www.unavitaverde.net/top100/booking/booking.php.
Of course, the second variant is the best, but I don't have the free time for adaptation PHP code. So I stopped on the third variant because I have a ready-made webpage which is perfectly suited for this purpose. When I’ll have free time I’ll try to put captcha. Hi Verde!
I think You can stop the automatic adding and moderate the subscription.
When you receive an confirmation e-mail You go to look the new site.
If it's ok, you approve it!
If it's not ok, you don't approve it!
What do You think about?

Mac, you're right! This option is enabled there. From Christmas time I did not visit admin panel of my Top100 until last Sunday. When I visited, I saw a lot of stupid links, I spent half an hour for removing them. On Monday there again a 86 new links waited for approving. 86 links in one night! This is a horror! Then my patience ran out... :))
Of course, my security measure is a temporary.
