Today in the afternoon in Moscow was-27 degrees. Pleasant it is not enough...  :cry:

We today had in daytime about  -21"C . It's coldly very much!!!!!
Glavryba, how are you in Moscow?? I heard that in some town near Moscow city was break of thermal networks and an apartments of the people were without heat.  Moscow have frost is really terrible!!!!...

When we get around Zero degree media scream "we're under the rules of General Winter", "polar temperature"  "penguins walking along the roads"...

In Moscow where I live such frosts happen very seldom, likely once in 30 years. And in Siberia and on Ural it is usual temperature in the winter. Today by the way there YOU WILL not believe, BUT it is the TRUTH of 50 DEGREES of the FROST!!!!!!!!!!!
I not to time for the life did not see such frosts. But has already got used it is not a lot of, frosts about one week. But when becomes usual-5, I shall feel hotly. Today I saw in the street many girls without caps and in skirts (Of WHAT THEY THINK!!!!!????).
Whether the frost to the western Europe by the way will come?
