Also, I found other hosting company when is 3$ per year+ free NET domine, and  500 Mbm 10MySQL, 10 subdomines, Apache,  PHP 5.2.3 MySQL 4.1.x, Zend Optimizer, GD, ImageMagick, PEAR, XML, DOM,  .htaccess mod_rewrite.......

Year, it's super. But I don't think that this hosting is ok because I don't found on
their the legal address and number telephone on their site. I think that this trap for simpleton. 
But I interested by italian hosting where 0,99 EURO for year. Why so cheaply?

I think it's a temporary offer, the full price for the service is 10,80 euro/year.
But take attention: only 4 mysql !

I don't think so!

You can't register a domain if this is already registered by an other provider.
You can transfer the domain from old provider to new provider.
When You ask the transfer, you'll receive a demand for confirmation.
After this, you have to wait for the activation the new account.
I think your site will be not available no more than 8 hours.
(if the old contract is not already expired)

I'm not sure about the down-time!

The problem is concentrated on the times of tracking and propagation of the DSN, so after your new contract and the confirmation of the transfer email, your  new account is created and you can enter in the administration panel and upload the files.
But for 24 hours you have to wait for the propagation of the DSN, so you'll continue to see the old site!
In other words, if you are lucky, the people will not never know that you have changed hosting.
But pay attention! You'll lose the dynamic changes of your site like the last votes on the top100.
It's not a big problem, isn't it?

99$ for year?
99$ are 114 euros for year!

The configuration is good, but the price is not very cheap!
